Jesse currently works as the Executive Director of Business Development and Content Marketing for "Hatters Prime" an exclusive NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) platform of behind-the-scenes content and weekly shows to raise funds and create opportunities for over 40 Division-1 contracted athletes at Stetson University.
Outside of being the creative driver and manager of all content both on Hatters Prime and its social media accounts, Jesse is responsible for initiating brand deals, partnering with local businesses and coordinating fundraiser events and marketing campaigns, where he has secured over 25 businesses locally in Central Florida and counting.
Along with directing a team of three interns, details of his role include:
-Scheduling, scripting and hosting multiple weekly shows like “Fastball Fridays” and “The Skipper’s Report” produced on the Hatters Prime website and Youtube.
• Creating engaging video content and behind-the-scenes looks to promote players and coaches on and off the field, growing their personal brands while simultaneously aligning with the mission and ethics of Hatters Prime.
•Collaborates on projects with local business owners to grow their marketing strategies and increasing visibility in the community while creating NIL opportunities for athletes with nonprofits and businesses.
